Construction work scheduled at Mount Jefferson/WOD Greenway

The Department of Recreation, Parks and Cultural Activities will install gravel trail surfacing at the southern end of the Mount Jefferson/WOD Greenway, 2300 Jefferson Davis Highway. The new trail surfacing will enable users to access the Greenway from Jefferson Davis Hwy. Work will also include fence repairs and gate installation.

The work, anticipated to take one to two days to complete, is weather dependent and is scheduled to occur between October 1 through 12. Residents will see equipment in use and crews at work during the daytime. Residents are encouraged to exercise caution around the construction area. For your safety, please use extra caution when near construction areas.
