West End Business Association "Morning Coffee"

FROM THE WEST END BUSINESS ASSOCIATION:  West End Alexandria Business Association presents "Morning Coffee" with Susan Shearouse, author of "Conflict 101-A Manager's Guide to Resolving Problems So Everyone Can Get Back to Work" Sept. 15, 2011, 8 to 9:30 a.m. at Ramparts Workplace disputes can lead to lost productivity, low morale, increased absenteeism, employee turnover and even violent outbreaks. She’ll discuss how to create a better workplace environment to help channel the energy of disagreements into positive results. Book got rave reviews from USA/Today newspaper. Ms.Shearhouse will have autographed copies of her book on hand at a discounted rate. A drawing will be held for a door prize, an autographed copy of Ms. Shearhouse's book.
