ACPS invites parents, staff, students and residents to submit feedback about the draft of the 2012-13 school year calendar. The deadline for submitting feedback and comments online is Feb. 14. This feedback will be taken into consideration by Superintendent Morton Sherman. Drafts of the proposed traditional academic calendar and the modified academic calendar are available online, along with the survey, at
http://www.acps.k12.va.us/calendars/ . The Superintendent will present his recommendation to the School Board on February 2, and the Board is expected to adopt the 2012-13 school year calendar at its meeting on Feb. 16.
