I'd just like to say that I'm really disappointed in our Governor for calling a special election to be held on the first day of school.
He knows when the 1st day of school is for public schools in VA, he won't let us change it!
He knows that schools are the polling places for most precincts in VA.
So, on Tuesday, the first day of school, people will be going to the polls.
Strangers will be in the schools, in the school parking lots, and on the school grounds.
Students won't know where they are supposed to be or who their teacher or classmates are.
Teachers won't know their classes or students in their classes.
Is this a disaster waiting to happen? I hope not!
