Democratic Caucus to Determine the Nominee for the Special Election in the 45th House of Delegates District- For those in the 45th House of Delegates District, a special election has been called to fill the seat vacated by Del. David Englin. That special election will be on Tuesday, September 4th. However, we only have a few days to determine the Democratic nominee to run in that special election and this week there will be TWO opportunities to cast your ballot to determine that nominee (but you can only vote once!). NOTE - those voting may vote only in person and at one of the following times and locations:
