Take a Survey on Food Trucks in Alexandria

For Immediate Release: June 17, 2015

What are your thoughts on food trucks in Alexandria? Take a brief survey to help City Council determine next steps.

The City is currently testing a pilot program that allows food trucks to operate in off-street locations on public and private property. The pilot is designed to introduce food trucks within Alexandria, on a limited basis, to provide data to evaluate a successful food truck program. Your feedback on the surveys will help inform City Council as they consider whether or not to initiate a further study to adopt new regulations.

For more information or to complete the survey, visit alexandriava.gov/FoodTrucks.

For media inquiries, contact Andrea Blackford, Senior Communications Officer, Office of Communications and Public Information, at 703.746.3959 or andrea.blackford@alexandriava.gov
