What the parents say:"My son has participated since the 5th grade and the only way that I learned about it at the time was through word of mouth.  I am certain that if more parents knew about it, they would enroll their children.  For me, the appeal wasn't just for my son to learn the dance skills that will surely remain with him through adulthood, but also the additional opportunity to learn and apply social etiquette.  The past three years at Cotillion have certainly contributed to his development as a fine young man." - Maureen Flanagan, mother of Aidan Beckwith

Please join us for fun dance classes! The Virginia Cotillion was established in 1990 to offer ballroom and contemporary dance instruction, as well as instruction on manners and etiquette for children. Over the course of six classes, our dance instruc- tor teaches students in 4th-7thgrade, the fundamentals of dance, including traditional favorites such as the swing, waltz, fox trot, pretzel, salsa, cha-cha and shag.
Students will also enjoy learning popular line and current dances.
We strongly believe these fundamental dances and basic etiquette will serve your children throughout their lives.  The annual fee is $300.
