 Alexandria Police Seek Public’s Help Identifying Suspect in Robbery

Alexandria Police are seeking the public’s help in identifying the suspect involved in the robbery of the Dunkin Donuts, located at 4653 Duke Street.  On Thursday, October 11, at 11:15 a.m., the suspect entered the business, displayed a handgun and demanded an employee to open the cash register.  The employee complied and the suspect took an undisclosed amount of cash and fled the store.  He was last seen in a small blue vehicle heading westbound on Duke Street.  The victim was not injured. 
The suspect is described as a black male, in his mid-twenties, 5’10” to 5’11”, with a thin build.  He had short hair and was wearing khaki pants and a white plaid shirt.
