UPDATE:  Alexandria Police Charge Man in Dealership Burglary
Following a lengthy and multi-jurisdictional investigation, Alexandria Detectives have charged a man in a series of car dealership burglaries.  Sean Lee Fleming, 39, of no fixed address, was arrested on Wednesday October 24, in Atlantic City, New Jersey with the assistance of the New Jersey State Police.  Fleming is being charged with burglary and attempted grand larceny in the June 28 burglary of the Landmark Honda.  He is awaiting extradition to Virginia regarding these charges.
Fleming is believed to be connected to a series of regional car dealership burglaries that occurred from February 2012 to October 2012 in the National Capital Region.  He may be responsible for over 40 burglaries involving the theft of thousands of dollars from these dealerships. 
The investigation continues and additional charges are pending.
