UPDATE:  Alexandria Police Investigate Fatal Pedestrian Crash

The victim in last Friday’s fatal pedestrian crash has been identified as Robert C. Portelle, a 55 year-old City resident.

Crash Reconstruction Investigators believe that the victim may have been struck by a second vehicle.
