Help Alexandria Evaluate the Call.Click.Connect System

Participate in an Evaluation of Call.Click.Connect.
For Immediate Release: February 24, 2015
The City of Alexandria would like your input on its customer service system, Call.Click.Connect.
Call.Click.Connect. is designed to allow community members to submit service requests, report problems, search for information, or find contact information by either calling a dedicated HELP line or accessing the Call.Click.Connect. website.
In its continuing efforts to improve communication and services to its residents, the City is reaching out to the community and asking for feedback on experiences with Call.Click.Connect. to determine how it can be made more effective and easy to use.
Your participation in a brief, hands-on evaluation of the system will help us in our continuing refinement of this tool for the community's use, enabling us to identify and address features of the system that potentially could be improved.
