8th grade members of the GW Middle School National Junior Honor Society are collecting gently-used childrens' books (pre-K to 8th grade) for the Dream Dog Foundation's "Alexandria Book Shelf", a program that puts free books in the hands of local school children.

Donations may be delivered to 912 North Overlook Drive, Alexandria VA (feel free to leave on front porch) or you can call/text Chalin Smith at 703-447-9139 to arrange a pick-up.
So that we may get them into the various sites in time for the new school year, we need all donations by Friday, August 14th.
