New Restaurants in the Old Generous Georges Location

I've just learned that two restaurants will be going in to the old Generous Georges building on Duke St.
The two restaurants will be:

"The Esquire Dog" -  a quick service dining option. It will feature artisanal hot dogs and hand cut fries, as well as in the morning, beignets. There will also be seasonal sausages rotated through the menu.

"Ginny's"  -  a high end Southern bistro. The name is meant to evoke the state of Virginia. The cuisine will be a refinement of Southern staple and will feature quality regional purveyors such as oysters from the Rappahannock, country ham's from Smithfield and the pick of quality wines from all over the state.

Both establishments could be open as early as late Summer and are being run by the My Husband Cooks Hospitality Group, LLC

I don't know about you but I'm looking forward to trying these new restaurants and seeing something in the space along Duke St.
